1) Princeton Consulting International, Inc. is referred thereafter as "the company" or as "Company", and the customer as "The client" or "client".

2) The Company will fulfill the following services for the client, regardless of the option chosen:

a) Optimize and set up multilingual entry pages for maximum search engine placement. The Company reserves the final right to define the ultimate optimization strategy to be used for any given page. Although the Company will fully collaborate with the client in regards to electing the most appropriate keywords, the Company reserves the final right as per which keywords will be used and how they will be used.

b) Make necessary recommendation to client or to client's webmaster concerning eventual changes of the site in order to achieve maximum placement.

c) The company will design and submit entry pages for the client according to foreign search engine requirements. New page designs may differ from original designs; the company reserves the right to define the quality of final design for entry pages since they are technically conceived for search engine submission.

d) The Company will at all times monitor the optimization of the client’s multilingual entry pages in order to suggest changes according to new requirements/regulations which may arise from major foreign search engines.

3) Traffic stats: There are 3 solutions in order to measure the traffic resulting from the multilingual pages or international search engine optimization, which the Company will design, optimize and submit.

a. Using a traffic software/tool on each multilingual page. The Company advises against such method at least over the first year of submission under the international search engine optimization program. In fact, such software adds an HTML code to the source of the multilingual page which greatly delays the ranking procedure. Adding such software on the individual multilingual page after the 12th month would not affect the Company’s work in any regards. In fact, at that time, whatever needed to be performed will have been fulfilled. At that point, the client is welcome to upgrade his/her page(s) to whatever is desired since it would not affect rankings. However, once again, in the initial phase of development, the Company advises strongly against using traffic tools on the newly optimized multilingual pages.

b. The client may provide the Company with a traceable link. However, it is at the client’s own risk: Most traceable links involve JavaScripts or other HTML components which may affect the Company’s work.

c. The Company strongly advises the client to read traffic from his/her main site! If the client does not have such software, the Company strongly advises the client to contact her/her ISP in order to receive such essential traffic reports.

Such traffic management software allows the client to see how many visits his/her website receives/when/where from/from which search engines/which keywords were used/how long users stay on any given page/most frequent entry and exit pages/where the traffic is coming from geographically/the browsers used by your visitors/their average connection speed . . . Also, it allows the client to see the “URL referrals”. It will tell the client which URL/webpage the traffic is coming from. In other terms, it will tell the client precisely how many visits result from every single multilingual page which the Company has designed and optimized.
It is advisable to analyze all traffic from the main site. Otherwise, traffic needs to be checked not only on the main site but such procedure would need to be repeated for each multilingual page.

4) Length of contractual agreement is one year for each page submission. under our international search engine optimization program.

5) Payment: payment is due in advance in all cases.

6) All orders are non-refundable. By accepting the company's services, the client gives up any right to a refund. After the multilingual mirror pages have been created and optimized + uploaded anyone could copy such work for their own benefit and this is why no refund will be accepted. It is conceptually exactly like when opening a software which states " after breaking the seal no refund will be accepted" in order to prevent the customer at that point to keep the work and ask for a refund. Therefore, all orders are non-refundable. By accepting the company's services, the client gives up any right for a refund at any stage of development.


7) The company will not guarantee the acceptance of any listing by any foreign search engines or directories with international search engine optimization. The company will not guarantee either placement of any listing on any search engines nor any directories under the international search engine optimization program. Such elements are defined by search engines and directories at their discretion only. Therefore, it is impossible to guarantee such aspect of the results from our side of the Internet. No claims will be able to be made regarding acceptance of the listing and/or its placement on any given search engines and/or directories.

8) Deadlines for fulfillment of the order: although the turnaround is usually 5 to 15 business days, the company reserves the right to fulfill orders within 15 business days from reception of initial payment by the client. Such deadlines may be affected by elements beyond the company's control, i.e., slow transfer of domains, unforeseen technical problems etc.

9) It is the client's responsibility to write an 8 to 10 line text introducing his/her website. It is the text which the company will translate/adapt for the multilingual entry pages. Such text will need to reflect as many of your keywords as possible within the text and never repeat them more than 3 times. In other terms, the client will need to write a short paragraph describing best what his/her site has to offer! The order will be processed from the date that the company receives such information.

10) By ordering company's services, the client accepts all the terms and conditions herewith mentioned.

11) LITIGATION: Any Disputes arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated in New Jersey, USA. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.
